Meet Nick! Owner, operator and Salumist of Solsage Food Truck. Though his smile is totally infectious, he’s typically behind the scenes in the truck running the grill and making all of our delicious food! Nick originally learned how to make sausage under a chef during an apprenticeship and fell in love with it. He continuously strives to improve and create the perfect sausage for you to enjoy each day!
Meet Bri! Co-owner, operator and marketing guru for Solsage Food Truck. Bri, in partnership with Nick (in business and life) helped to build the brand that you have come to know and love as Solsage! She comes from a corporate marketing and design background and is super stoked to use her skills in the sausage world. She loves meeting customers, taste testing new menu items and taking your orders on warm, sunny days. Make sure to say hi the next time you see her at the window!
